Refund policy

Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase for some reason, we will gladly accept any items which you have ordered for a full refund, so long as 1) they are in the original packaging 2) the strap has not been cut to size and 3) it is within 60 days of your original order.  Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

To complete your return, please contact us at support@bucabelts.com with your order number and details.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5 business days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
If you are returning an item you purchased or received as a gift within 30 days, for another belt of equal value, please contact us at suport@bucabelts.com and we will coordinate your return.  Customer will be responsible for return shipping of item.  If you chose to exchange the belt for one of a different value, a credit will be issued or customer will be responsible for difference in price depending on the circumstances.

Damaged product 
We will gladly replace items if they are received defective or damaged. Please contact us within 30 days of when you receive your order and we will cover return shipping.  Just send us an email at support@bucabelts.com with your order number and information.  

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Buca Belts, LLC, 5910 Post Boulevard, #110091, Bradenton FL 34211, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product is being returned due to damage. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
